HIFK/3 organises open training sessions throughout the winter. The team plays in sixth division, but the aim for the next season is to get promoted back to fifth division by the end of the year 2022.
We are a friendly and passionate team where you can enjoy the best of hobby football training and playing in great facilities. The team trains in Helsinki downtown area 2-3 times a week throughout the year. The Italian head coach Kaled Hegli has studied coaching and tactical analysis, e.g. Barça Innovation Hub.

Training times are:
Wednesdays Bollis 1, 9-10pm
Saturdays Bollis 6, 10-11am
Sundays Väinämöisen kenttä, 8-9:30pm
