HIFK and Impress Europe have reached a settlement on parting ways. HIFK Soccer rf is now the majority owner of HIFK Fotboll Ab. A new board will be appointed as soon as possible. Both parties will now move on with their respective business wishing each other all the best for their future.
This new settlement with the former majority shareholder means that HIFK will be able to continue using a limited company for running its Veikkausliiga operation. The new investors will shortly be offered the chance to purchase shares in the company through a share issue. HIFK is also very happy that this solution allows all the important and loyal minority shareholders to continue holding their stakes in the company.
